Welcome to Vibing with AI Code Weekly! Every week we highlight our latest episode, as well as a few things in the world of AI we’ve discovered!
Our Latest Episode:
This week we covered using AI for Productivity. We compare our approaches to using AI to help with productivity. We also discuss using multiple Claude instances to parallelize bug fixes, the difficulty of review/testing and maintaining understanding, and why safer integrated agent-style tools may beat early open-source alternatives.
A few things we found this week from or related to the episode:
The False Productivity Trap: A METR study found that experienced developers using AI tools actually took 19% longer to complete tasks, but estimated they were 20% faster.
Anthropic Dispatch: Claude on Your Desktop, Controlled From Your Phone: We mentioned Dispatch in this week's episode and it literally launched the same day. It is Anthropic's answer to OpenClaw - you scan a QR code, and you can send tasks to Claude running on your desktop from your phone.
A few more things we found interesting this week:
Context7: The MCP Server That Stops Your AI From Making Stuff Up: Context7 is an MCP server that pulls up-to-date, version-specific documentation for over 9,000 libraries directly into your AI's context window before it generates code.
Google Stitch: Vibe Designing Is Now a Thing: Stitch is a full AI-native design platform with voice interaction, infinite canvas, and instant prototyping - and it is free.
Thanks for reading! We’ll see you next week
